Ninth: Social insurance services

The social insurance services provided to our clients include registering companies and entities with the social insurance offices affiliated with the General Authority for Social Insurance, as well as adding and excluding their employees. We open insurance files for companies and insure workers and owners. Work, settling pensions, and following up on files at all stages. The office provides the following social insurance services:
Firstly : Contracting Insurance: The office’s technical advisor visits the company’s headquarters or contacts it to study any problems or issues presented to him and express his opinion and technical advice on any inquiries in the field of contracting insurance, orally or in writing, within 72 hours of being notified. For all the company’s projects throughout the Arab Republic of Egypt, based on the provisions of Ministerial Resolution No. 74 of 1998, the office shall immediately open a file on the contracting process and obtain the prescribed wage rate from Table No. (3) attached to Ministerial Resolution No. 74 of 1988. It will object to the rate according to a memorandum explaining the basis. Objection, along with payment of the prescribed fees, shall be made at the Security Office in whose jurisdiction the contracting location is located, in order to refer the objection to the Technical Committee for Contracting, Quarries and Saline Affairs, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the ratio determination form and receipt of the office number. The office will follow up on the objection until the technical committee’s decision regarding the objection is issued with Study the technical committee’s decision and express an opinion to the company about whether to accept or appeal it. – In the event of a grievance, a memorandum is prepared in cooperation with the department concerned with the matter, with assistance in preparing documents, submitting the grievance, paying the due fees, notifying the company of that, and following up with the technical committee to find out the date of the session and notifying the company of it.

– Participate with the company and provide advice in preparing and processing new subcontractor contract forms in line with Resolution of the Minister of Social Security No. 74 of 1988 regarding insurance for contracting workers.

secondly: Social insurance (typical)

Expressing opinion and technical advice on any inquiries in the field of standard insurance, orally or in writing, within 72 hours of being notified. The office notifies the company of any amendments that may occur to the laws, regulations, or ministerial decisions applicable in the field of standard social insurance and labor law. The office prepares, prepares and Arranging the files of the company’s employees with all the documents required by the Labor Law. The office prepares and makes Form (1) for social insurance and submits it to the Social Insurance Office and approves it and follows up on its registration on the computer. For new employees, the office prepares and makes Form (6) for social insurance and submits it to the Office for Social Insurance and approves it. And follow up on its registration on the computer, as well as the (2) insurance form. Constant contact with the Social Insurance Office and the Labor Office to submit any documents requested by these authorities to complete the company’s work.
